PSV's mission is to provide quality sand volleyball training and tournaments in the Sacramento region. We strive to fill a much needed niche for those seeking sand volleyball competition in our region. Our tournaments are open to athletes from all clubs and regions.

Beyond that we are a community focused organization that welcomes anyone interested in more than just a volleyball club, but a true family and community built around a fantastic outdoor sport that develops communication, athleticism, teamwork, friendships and so much more.
